Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy – Wearfection

At Wearfection, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (including custom embroidery/prints).

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Wearfection will cover the return shipping.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
