Return & Refund Policy – Wearfection
At Wearfection, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items (including custom embroidery/prints).
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Gift cards.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, Wearfection will cover the return shipping.
